There were so many shapes to choose from but I picked a triangular prism,  square-based pyramid. Before we folded it into the shape we could decorate them. All of us had to make two. This is what my two look like :

Our Assembly

Last week on Friday Room 5 performed an assembly for the whole school. Our assembly was about stereotypes and to not judge others. We did a play about it as well, one of the situations was when a girl wanted to play soccer with the boys but the boys said that netball was for girls and soccer was for boys but the girl proved him wrong and showed the boys that she was really good at playing soccer. We also did a song to Individuality. Here are some photos of our assembly:

Whoever got the cleanest water would win 5 dojo points. This was so much fun here is what mine looks like:

Descriptive Writing

In Room 5 we did descriptive writing on a picture of our choice, all of the pictures were all based on winter. Here is mine:

Walking through the crunchy snow while the wailing wind blows. The crisp and fresh snow falls gracefully down to the streets pathways. The bare trees dance while snow lands on them. I pull my woolly jacket around me to keep me warm as the snow is munchy behind me as I walk. I look across my shoulders and see my faint footsteps behind me. The train's lights flash at me while it zooms past. I love the feeling of the chilly wind blowing on you when walking outside. I love winter.
