Our Assembly

Last week on Friday Room 5 performed an assembly for the whole school. Our assembly was about stereotypes and to not judge others. We did a play about it as well, one of the situations was when a girl wanted to play soccer with the boys but the boys said that netball was for girls and soccer was for boys but the girl proved him wrong and showed the boys that she was really good at playing soccer. Lights, Camera, Action

Room 6 presented their learning about not being a bystander at their assembly on Friday week 3. In week 3 all school around New Zealand made a stand by wearing pink. PINK stood for Peaceful, Inclusive, Noble and Kind. Our assembly was a success and we all had fun.
