This week is Maths Week. During this week we have played a game called the chase. The chase is just like the T.V show but maths addition. The website that we have been using is mathsweek.co.nz. This week has been so much fun

The Indian Ocean
In Reading, we were learning about different oceans. The oceans that we could pick from were the Indian Ocean, the Pacific Ocean, the Atlantic Ocean, the Arctic Ocean, and the Southern Ocean. I chose the Indian Ocean. We had to research our Ocean and make a poster about it this is what my poster looks like.
Saint Mary Mackillop
Today is Saint Mary Mackillop's feast day. To celebrate her feast day, Room five went to room 3 to make things about Saint Mary Mackillop. The first thing we did was to make a stand-up Mary with our room 3 buddy. The second thing that we did was make a poster about Mary Mackillop and put one of her quotes on it aswell. Saint Phoebe
In Room 5, we had to do a slide on a Saint our Saint was Saint Phoebe this is our slide:

In art, everyone did a drawing of a photo that Peter Gossage drew. I did a woman. We also had to dye the background and I chose a green background, I chose green because it looks good with the green stone earrings this is what it looks like:
